Oyster & sparkling bar opens at 6 pm
Warm summer evenings means it’s time for rosé! We’re delighted to present a collection of rosé wines in sparkling and bubble-free styles to pair with the paella buffet from Crown Paella.
This winemaker dinner is served on the hill overlooking the vineyard with views of the property and coast range, and features wines from our private library. For this event, we are going to pair each course with a current release and a library wine, so you can experience how beautifully cellared wines pair with this amazing menu created by Chef Jim Claeys.
