For this club release, we invite you to taste the new selections alongside common aromas for white and red wines at our sensory workshop. Wine is full of complexity, making it challenging to describe. For example, is this Chardonnay lean and citrusy, or tropical and rich? What is the difference between French and American oak? Developing the ability to detect and describe these elements can be helpful to understand your own palate, or when ordering a bottle of wine in a restaurant or wine shop. The goal of this exercise is to create a point of reference so that it is easier to identify these qualities in future tastings.
