2015 Pinot Noir Pommard
18 months in neutral French oak
Red-fruited, with aromas of cranberries and cherries, and notes of smoke, earth, and tea. Bright and juicy on the palate, with flavors of raspberries, cherries, cranberries, baking spices, and cola. The youthful, grippy tannins indicate this wine will age gracefully for years to come.

The grapes were harvested by hand and 75% destemmed. The fruit underwent a 5-day cold soak. After fermentation began, the must was pumped over and punched down twice daily until dry and pressed. The wine settled in a tank overnight, and was then racked to neutral French oak barrels to age for 18 months until bottling.
