Aromas of cranberry, cedar, and rose petals. On the palate, find Bing cherries, allspice, cigar box, and a hit of white pepper. Very balanced, with aromas that connect to the flavor profile.

The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted, and destemmed. Fermentation began after five days. The vats were pumped over and punched down twice daily, and pressed at dryness. The wine settled overnight, and was racked to neutral French oak barrels to age until bottling.
