2018 Brut Rosé

Rose gold in the glass, with plentiful, fine bubbles. Subtle and elegant, with aromas of tangerine, lemon meringue, and strawberry. Fresh and dry on the palate, with nuanced flavors of red fruit, citrus, and a hint of white flowers in the finish.
Pinot Noir 100%
The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted, and destemmed. After a four-day cold soak, the grapes were pressed. The juice settled overnight, and was racked to stainless for primary fermentation. After fermentation was complete, the wine was racked off the heavy lees and aged in stainless until bottling the following autumn. The wine aged in tirage bins until September 2018, and was disgorged and finished without dosage.
