Vineyard Notes
From own-rooted Dijon 76 & 96 planted in 1984 at the Kramer estate vineyard.
Winemaker Notes
The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted, and pressed. The juice settled overnight and was racked to stainless barrels for fermentation. After primary was complete, the barrels were racked and blended, discarding the heavy lees—the wine aged until the following spring, when it was racked and blended just prior to bottling.
