The wine exhibits rich aromas of honey, clover, apricot, peach, and petrol. On the palate taste flavors of honey, honeysuckle, crisp apple, juicy pear, bright minerality, roundness, and plenty of acidity.
The grapes were hand harvested and whole cluster pressed, and the juice settled overnight. Then, the juice was racked to a stainless tank to undergo a cool fermentation. When fermentation was complete, the wine was racked off the lees and aged until bottling the following spring.
