Heritage Pinot Noir Vertical Tasting

November 8 @ 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Illustrated cross-section of Block 3, the Heritage block at Kramer Vineyards: own-rooted Pommard Pinot Noir vines planted in 1984 on a VSP trellis, roots reaching through Peavine soil into Willakenzie marine sediment.

Six vintages of one wine, from one block.

The Wines: Block 3, 2018–2023

The Heritage Pinot Noir comes from Block 3 of our estate vineyard. For this vertical tasting, we pour the 2018 through 2023 vintages side by side — a seated, hour-and-a-half tasting of how a single block speaks across six growing seasons.

This isn’t a competitive tasting, and there are no scores. It’s time with a wine, vintage by vintage.
