Customize Your Holiday Cellar Door Red Wine Release
As a Cellar Door Red Wine member, your holiday shipment is built around what you love most: estate Pinot Noir from our Yamhill-Carlton vineyard. You can keep your release exactly as curated, or make a few small adjustments so it fits your holiday plans perfectly.
Kramer Vineyards is a family-owned estate in the Yamhill-Carlton District, led by second-generation winemaker Kim Kramer. Your Holiday Cellar Door Red Wine Release brings together library and current-vintage Pinot Noirs so you have the right reds on hand for the season ahead.
Step 1: Confirm Your 6-Bottle Holiday Red Wine Release
Your December Cellar Door Red Wine (6-bottle) allocation includes three distinct 2017 library Pinots and three bottles of a generous, drink-now estate vintage.
- 2017 Pinot Noir Dijon 115 (Library Release) – 1 bottle
Lifted, red-fruited estate Pinot: cranberry, strawberry, black tea, and spice with bright acidity. The “flavor without weight” red that moves easily from canapés to lighter mains.
- 2017 Pinot Noir Dijon 777 (Library Release) – 1 bottle
A more concentrated single-clone expression of the 2017 vintage: darker fruit, firmer structure, and extra depth for Pinot lovers who want to explore another facet of the estate.
- 2017 Pinot Noir Heritage (Library Release) – 1 bottle
One of our signature single blocks, showing depth, spice, and earth: dried cherry, candied orange, clove, and wood spice. Your center-of-the-table Pinot for a full holiday spread.
- 2021 Pinot Noir Estate – 3 bottles
Warm-vintage, crowd-pleasing Pinot with raspberry, pomegranate, savory baking spice, and Yamhill-Carlton earth. A flexible dinner red for turkey, stuffing, roasted vegetables, and “one more glass” at the table—plenty to pour generously without dipping into your library bottles.
Review & customize your release in the order section below: adjust quantities, and add extra bottles to your club allocation if you wish.
On the order form below: wines with a quantity of 3 or 1 are included in your 6-bottle Holiday Cellar Door Red Wine Release. You can increase those quantities or add any wines currently at 0 to build the lineup that fits your plans.
Step 2 (Optional): Add Sparkling (and a Few Whites) for the Season
Your release is entirely red by design—and you’re welcome to keep it that way. If you’d like a few bottles of sparkling or white wine on hand for toasts, seafood, guests, or gifts, you can add them to your shipment below. Your Cellar Door Club pricing will apply.
For Bubbles Before Pinot
- NV Brut (Club-Only Estate Sparkling)
Pinot-led, bone-dry sparkling with crisp red apple, lemon peel, and mineral tension.
Holiday role: Arrival pours, salty snacks, charcuterie, and a bright start before the Pinot comes out.
- 2017 Brut Blanc de Blancs Prestige Cuvée
Traditional-method sparkling with extended aging: crisp green apple, lemon zest, brioche, and almond.
Holiday role: A special-occasion cork to pop for Christmas Eve, New Year’s, or alongside richer appetizers.
For Seafood, Sides & Dessert
- 2019 Chardonnay Estate
Cool-climate “winter white” from a throwback vintage: citrus oil, pineapple, a subtle evergreen note, and a focused mineral spine.
Holiday role: A single white that covers Dungeness crab, roast bird, and creamy winter sides if you’d like something on the table besides red.
- 2020 Essence of Müller-Thurgau (375 ml)
Luscious late-harvest expression of a Kramer signature grape: apricot, honey, peach nectar, white flowers, and bright acidity.
Holiday role: A small, sweet finish for pumpkin pie, apple galette, spice cake, or blue cheese.
You can keep your allocation entirely red, add just one sparkling for a specific toast, or tuck in a few bottles for guests and gifts. There’s no “right” mix—only what fits your holidays.
