Returns & Cancellations
At Kramer Vineyards, we take great care to ensure that our wines are delivered to you in the best condition possible. If your wines are damaged during transit and the shipment has been authorized by Kramer Vineyards, we are happy to replace or refund the affected bottles. However, please note that if you request wine to be shipped in adverse conditions, you assume the risk, and we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for any resulting damages.
Please be aware that due to legal restrictions, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. If you encounter such an issue, please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com. For canceled orders, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
