Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your wine for any reason - whether it's damaged in shipping, corked, or just not what you expected - we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
Simply contact us at becky@kramervineyards.com or 503-662-4545 and we'll take care of it.
Damaged Shipments
If your wine arrives damaged during transit:
- Note any box damage with the delivery driver and take photos if possible
- Contact us at becky@kramervineyards.com or 503-662-4545
- We'll send a replacement shipment or issue a full refund
Temperature-Related Damage
We monitor weather conditions and will hold your shipment in climate-controlled storage if there's a risk of temperature damage during transit. You'll be notified if your order is delayed for this reason.
Important: If you request shipment during extreme weather conditions against our recommendation, you assume the risk for any temperature-related damage. We cannot offer replacement or refund if wine is damaged due to heat or cold after you've asked us to ship against our guidance.
We always recommend free tasting room pickup during summer and winter months to avoid temperature risks entirely!
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: Contact us at becky@kramervineyards.com or 503-662-4545 to cancel your order. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll issue a full refund.
After Shipment: Once your order is in transit, you can refuse delivery or contact us to arrange a return. We'll refund the wine purchase price, but shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Wine Club Members
Skipping or modifying shipments: Log into your account or call us at least 2 weeks before the billing date to skip or customize any shipment. No fees or penalties.
Canceling your membership: You can cancel anytime after your first shipment by calling us at 503-662-4545. We just ask that you let us know so we can make sure you've had a great experience.
