Wine is a delicate product, and we do our best to ensure it arrives in the best condition possible. If wines are damaged in transit, and Kramer Vineyards has authorized the shipment, our policy is to replace or refund. However, we will ship wine at the customer's request in adverse conditions. In this case, the customer assumes the risk, and we won't replace or refund any damaged wine.
By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. Should either instance occur, please send an email to email@example.com. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
