We take great care in packing and shipping your wines to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to most states across the United States. Wine shipping laws vary by state, so please contact us at 503-662-4545 or becky@kramervineyards.com to confirm we can ship to your location.
Oregon residents: We're thrilled to ship throughout our home state!
Out-of-state: Most states are available, with some restrictions.
Tasting Room Pickup (Free)
Save on shipping! You can pick up your order at our Gaston tasting room at no charge. We'll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, shipment size, and delivery speed. Rates are provided at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Timeline
Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Transit time: Ground shipping usually takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking email with a link to monitor your shipment once it's handed to the carrier.
Adult Signature Required
All wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. If you won't be home to sign, you have several options:
- Ship to your workplace or another business address where someone can sign during business hours
- Arrange carrier pickup at your local FedEx or UPS facility after a delivery attempt
- Choose tasting room pickup instead (always free!)
Temperature Protection
Wine is a delicate product, and extreme temperatures during transit can affect its quality. To protect your wine:
- We monitor weather conditions along shipping routes
- If there's a risk of temperature damage, we'll hold your shipment in our climate-controlled warehouse until conditions improve
- You'll be notified via email if your shipment is delayed due to weather
- We may pause wine shipments during extreme summer and winter months to certain regions
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packing every order, but occasionally damage occurs during transit. If your shipment arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:
- Inspect your package upon delivery - If the box is visibly damaged, note it with the driver and take photos
- Contact us immediately at becky@kramervineyards.com or 503-662-4545
- We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and send you a replacement shipment
