Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, it may take our small team a few days for it to be packed and taken to the appropriate carrier. A tracking email will be sent to the recipient once a shipping label is created. Please note that wine deliveries require an adult signature.
Wine is fragile, and the quality may be compromised when exposed to extreme temperatures along the route. If it appears the wine will be at risk of damage in transit, your package will be held in a climate-controlled warehouse free of charge until conditions are more favorable. In this scenario, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your order.
