• 2019 Brut Yamhill-Carlton, aged 44 months en tirage: This lively blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from our estate vineyard offers notes of green apple, citrus, and hints of brioche. Its creamy palate delights with lemon curd and pear flavors, leading to a well-balanced, long finish.
• 2019 Brut Dundee Hills, aged for 44 months en tirage: A captivating 50/50 cofermentation of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, an exciting comparison to our classic Yamhill-Carlton Brut.
• 2020 Brut Rosé Dundee Hills: This is another 50/50 cofermentation of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with the Pinot foot-crushed before pressing to enhance its red berry fruit flavors and stunning pink hue. Pair with soft cheeses, shellfish, ham, smoked salmon, or rare lamb for a delightful experience.
