Join us at the vineyard for a progressive winemaker dinner with a focus on white wines and shellfish. The highlight of this event is the Éclade de Moules, a ritualized mussel-roast with pine needles from the southern Atlantic coast of France. Pine and rosemary imparts smoky and herbal flavors to the sweet shellfish and was spectacular with our Kimberley's Reserve Pinot Gris last summer--it's a pairing people are still talking about!
