Vineyard Notes
From a 1.52-acre block of Dijon 76 & 96 clones planted in 1994, at an elevation of 700 feet, in Peavine soils.
Winemaker Notes
The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted, and whole cluster pressed. After the juice settled overnight, it was racked to barrels for fermentation. When primary was complete, the wine was racked, blended, and returned to barrel to age until bottling, undergoing partial malolactic fermentation.
Food Pairing Notes
Pair this exquisite Chardonnay with roasted chicken, seared scallops, creamy risotto, or grilled vegetables. Enhance your dining experience and savor the perfect harmony between food and wine.
