2017 Pinot Blanc
50/50 neutral French oak and stainless
Aromas of lemon zest and almond lead into a creamy, yet bright palate. Flavors of citrus, melon, pear, apricot, and minerality, with hints of apple and spice in the long finish.

The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted, and pressed. The juice settled overnight, then was racked to 50% neutral French oak barrels and stainless for fermentation. When fermentation was complete, the wine was racked, blended, and the heavy lees were discarded. The wine aged in the same barrels until bottling the following autumn.
