2019 Celebrate Grüner Veltliner
Fresh aromas of lemon, lime, cucumber, peach, with a hints of flowers and freshly cut grass. The cucumber and peach continues on the palate, with green apple, pear, a very light, crisp body and finish.
From estate vines planted in 2010
The grapes were harvested by hand, whole cluster pressed, and fermented in stainless. To sparkle, the wine was transferred to a high pressure tank, and the pressure was slowly raised over five days until the ideal levels were achieved.
