Tasting Notes
Flinty and fresh, with aromas of apple, lemon-lime, and orange blossom. Light and crisp on the palate, with flavors of apple, lemon, and gooseberry, with hints of minerality and spearmint in the finish.

Estate vines planted in 1986
Winemaker Notes
The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted in the field and whole cluster pressed. The juice settled overnight and then racked to a stainless steel tank for a cool primary fermentation. After fermentation was complete the wine aged on the fine lees until bottling the following spring.
