2021 Brut Vintage Cuvée

2021 Brut Vintage Cuvée
zero dosage

Pure & Unmasked

Limited Release: November 2025 Disgorgement

The 2021 Brut Vintage Cuvée is a study in transparency. With zero dosage (Brut Nature), there is no sugar to mask the wine's true character. The Pinot Noir-dominant blend (43%) provides a robust backbone of red fruit, while the 39 months en tirage softens the acidity just enough to make the wine approachable without losing its nerve.

The Profile: Because of the zero dosage, this is our most "electric" bottling. Expect high-tone aromas of cranberry, lemon pith, and rising dough. The palate is bone-dry and linear, showcasing the raw minerality of the Elvenglade and Yamhill vineyards.

Disgorgement November 2025 (80 Cases)
Time on Lees 39 Months
Composition 43% P. Noir, 31% Chard, 27% P. Meunier
Dosage 0 g/L (Brut Nature)

Winemaker's Perspective

"We only release a wine as 'Brut Nature' when the fruit is perfect. The 2021 vintage provided such ripeness and balance that adding sugar would have been a distraction. This is sparkling wine in its most honest form." — Kimberley Kramer

Service Recommendation: Serve at 50–55°F. Do not serve too cold, or you will mask the delicate fruit notes that balance the bone-dry acidity.

Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
A bone-dry expression driven by 43% Pinot Noir. Aromas of tart cranberry, lemon pith, and almond skin. The palate is electric and precise, with the 39 months en tirage providing just enough texture to balance the bracing acidity. The finish is savory, saline, and completely clean. Your experience: This is your first pour for guests, the bottle that quietly sets the tone for the gathering.
