Pinot Gris, the second most planted grape variety in the Willamette Valley after Pinot Noir, is our region's most popular white wine. One glass, and it's easy to see why--Oregon Pinot Gris is a refreshing, easy-drinking wine with bright acidity and a fruit-forward profile that appeals to many palates. What differentiates our Pinot Gris from the norm is a combination of vine age, terroir, vintage, and winemaking. The grapes for this wine are sourced from old-vine, single-vineyard plots, giving it excellent varietal expression with our vineyard's signature.

Winemaker Notes
The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted in the field, and the whole clusters pressed. The juice settled overnight and then racked into a stainless steel tank for a cool primary fermentation. After fermentation, the wine aged on the fine lees until bottling the following spring.
