Tasting Notes
Clear pale coral-pink, with aromas of strawberries, red currant, lavender and vanilla, lead into flavors of peaches and cream, Rainier cherry, black raspberry, with hints of almond and Swedish fish. The bright acidity is offset by a pleasing roundness on the palate, with a long, tart finish.
Winemaker Notes
The fruit was harvested by hand, sorted, crushed, and pressed. The juice settled overnight and was racked to stainless for a cool fermentation. When dry, the wine was racked off the heavy lees and aged in stainless until bottling the following summer.

Serve chilled with barbecue, charcuterie, crab, grilled fish, pâté, grilled pork, green salads, grilled sausages, or shellfish, especially grilled shrimp.
