Crafted from Pinot Noir grown exclusively for rosé, this estate sparkler reflects the energy of its high-elevation site. The result is a dry, vibrant rosé with delicate fruit, floral lift, and lively bubbles.
On the palate, bright acidity frames flavors of ripe strawberry, peach, and rose petal, finishing with hints of rhubarb and vanilla cream. Light-bodied and refreshingly crisp, it’s a joyful expression of Oregon-grown Pinot Noir—perfect for any occasion, all year long.
Serve well-chilled at 45°F. Enjoy with creamy cheeses, seafood, or roasted poultry.

		Wine Profile

		Tasting Notes
Aromas of strawberry jam, rose petals, and peach. On the palate: red apple, raspberry, rhubarb, and watermelon, with hints of vanilla and beeswax in the finish. Light-bodied with bright acidity and a gentle sparkle.
		Vineyard Notes
From the Upper Pinot GB block, planted in 1986 at 784 feet. This site features the Gamay Beaujolais Upright Clone of Pinot Noir, trained vertically to enhance acidity and aromatic lift. Grown specifically for rosé with lower sugars and early harvest to capture freshness and finesse.
		Production Notes
Pinot Noir hand-harvested, foot-crushed, and cold-settled. Stainless steel fermented to retain vibrant fruit character. Light carbonation added for a clean, refreshing finish.
		Winemaker Notes
This rosé is intentional from vine to bottle—from clone selection to gentle extraction. Foot-crushed to extract just enough color and flavor, then cold fermented in stainless steel. Bottled with a lively sparkle to emphasize the purity and playfulness of the wine.
		Food Pairing Notes
Pairs beautifully with soft cheeses, smoked salmon, grilled prawns, or summer salads. Try with berry desserts or creamy goat cheese for a refreshing contrast. Perfect for celebrations—or just because.
