Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Sun-warmed and vineyard-fresh, the 2024 Rosé of Pinot Noir captures summer in a glass. Aromas of rose petal, candied orange, wild strawberry, cotton candy, and a hint of red licorice invite the first sip. The palate is juicy and tangy, layered with nectarine, red-skinned apple, and lemon. A kiss of orange zest and fresh mint lifts the finish, delivering bright acidity and a clean, mouthwatering finish
Vineyard Notes
The 2024 Rosé of Pinot Noir was sourced entirely from the Rosé Block on our estate—a 0.6-acre planting of Gamay Beaujolais clone Pinot Noir, established in 1986. Located at the highest elevation of the vineyard (784 feet) with a gentle 6% slope and southeast-facing aspect, this block ripens slowly and retains exceptional acidity. Farmed specifically for rosé, it yields fruit with delicacy, vibrancy, and lifted aromatics—hallmarks of our estate rosé style.
Production Notes
This rosé was produced from Pinot Noir grapes grown expressly for this style. The fruit was hand-picked and field sorted, then foot-crushed with a brief period of skin contact before gentle pressing. After cold settling overnight, the juice was racked to stainless steel for a cool fermentation. The wine was aged on fine lees until bottling the following spring to build texture and complexity.
Winemaker Notes
Making this rosé is a study in restraint and clarity. Farming the Rosé Block specifically for this wine allows us to capture brightness and delicacy without sacrificing depth. I’m always struck by how much nuance we can coax from such a small planting—this vintage shows the precision of our vineyard work and the transparency of cool fermentation and gentle handling. It’s a wine I reach for when I want refreshment, but also something expressive and thoughtfully made.
Food Pairing Notes
This versatile rosé pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, fresh salads, soft cheeses, and light pasta dishes. Its bright, refreshing character makes it the perfect companion for picnics, outdoor gatherings, and warm summer evenings. Whether enjoyed with food or on its own, this wine delivers pure seasonal pleasure.

Other Notes
This wine is one of the purest reflections of our site and philosophy—intentional, expressive, and made to celebrate the joy of drinking well-crafted wine in good company. Whether poured on a quiet evening or at a lively summer gathering, it’s a reminder that some of the best wines are also the most unpretentious.
