Annual Mussel Roast with Tournant
August 1
Pinot gris and things from the sea.
Join us at the vineyard for a progressive winemaker dinner that highlights how brilliantly sparkling and white wines pair with seafood. The highlight of this event is the Éclade de Moules, a ritualized mussel-roast with pine needles from the southern Atlantic coast of France. The pine and rosemary embers imparts smoky and herbal flavors to the sweet shellfish, making our barrel aged Kimberley's Reserve Pinot Gris the perfect wine for the occasion.
