Winemaker Notes
This crisp bubbly blends various press cuts from the 2020 vintage sparkling wine harvest and a reserve base wine. After co-fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine was aged on fine lees until bottling during the summer of 2021. The wine was then bottled under a crown cap and aged in tirage bins until it was disgorged in July 2022 and finished with 5 g/L dosage.
