We pulled four cellar selections — a rich, late-disgorged 2016 Brut (81 months on tirage), a bright 2018 Brut, our signature 2017 Blanc de Blancs, and a festive NV Brut Rosé — to create a complete holiday flight. These are the same wines we pour for our guests and serve at our own tables.
